Bottom line: Holy moley! This workout is the mother of all circuit-style cardio/weights training workouts that I've done this year.

Bottom line: Straightforward kickboxing in a fairly intense, smoothly paced and non-repetitive format is a rare find- all the more reason to be annoyed by the production quality.
