Jari Love- Get Extremely Ripped

Equipment needed: several sets of dumbbells (I used 5 and 8 lbs; you’ll need one light and one heavier pair), a step (optional)

Level: Advanced

Bottom line: this endurance circuit-style workout is one of the hardest routines I’ve ever done and will challenge even the most advanced exercisers, but it has a few major flaws that prevent it from being optimally effective.
