Bottom line: This routine integrates difficult athletic-style intervals with equally difficult yoga-inspired techniques, forming a challenging, unique, compact and highly enjoyable workout.

Bottom line: This step aerobic workout is ridiculously fun, layering several rounds of challenging but entirely doable flurries of choreography.

Bottom line: this compact step workout flows smoothly and has excellent choreography, albeit sparse cuing, as well as decent intensity.

Level: Intermediate to intermediate/advanced

Bottom line: The kickboxing combos are uninspiring, and except for the short blast segment, the workout is not at all challenging or interesting. Pass on this one.

Bottom line: Variety is the charm of this well-structured cardio interval workout. Challenging blasts are tempered with ample rest periods, keeping the overall intensity at a fairly steady intermediate/advanced level.
