- Pulsed squat and pulsed lunge- 64 reps plus pulsing
- Cardio 4 (rapid up and down on step)
- Push ups- 70 reps
- Cardio 5 (rapid up and down on step, other leg)
- Clean and press; shoulder press- 32 reps
- Cardio 6 (skier)
- Sumo squat with biceps curl- 62 reps
- Cardio 7 (jumping jacks on and off step)
- Leg abduction and leg dip, with and without triceps extension- 96 reps
- Cardio 8 (football runs)
- Chest press and chest flye- 56 reps
- Cardio 9 (football runs, other leg)
- Abs (lying to standing move with weight, straight leg hip raises, legs in and out, crunch with single leg squeeze, double leg raises, bicycle)
- Stretch (floor, standing, step)
