  5. Stiff leg deadlift; reverse flye- 32 reps
  6. Cardio 3 (front toe taps)
  7. Pulsed squat and pulsed lunge- 64 reps plus pulsing
  8. Cardio 4 (rapid up and down on step)
  9. Push ups- 70 reps
  10. Cardio 5 (rapid up and down on step, other leg)
  11. Clean and press; shoulder press- 32 reps
  12. Cardio 6 (skier)
  13. Sumo squat with biceps curl- 62 reps
  14. Cardio 7 (jumping jacks on and off step)
  15. Leg abduction and leg dip, with and without triceps extension- 96 reps
  16. Cardio 8 (football runs)
  17. Chest press and chest flye- 56 reps
  18. Cardio 9 (football runs, other leg)
  19. Abs (lying to standing move with weight, straight leg hip raises, legs in and out, crunch with single leg squeeze, double leg raises, bicycle)
  20. Stretch (floor, standing, step)
